The vibrant Ibiza Town, known for its nightlife and marina, is located to the southwest, while a nearby beach and the exclusive Can Rimbau area offer additional leisure options.

The villa is accessed through grand automated security gates, leading to a beautifully lit driveway that brings you to the villa’s impressive entrance. The architectural design, with its gleaming white stone and expansive glass panels, provides breathtaking sea views best enjoyed from the plush Minotti sofa in the main living room. The interior is bathed in Mediterranean light, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
